New Orleans Saints: Around The Web Link Dump 11.7.09
New Orleans is coming off a hard fought victory over the Atlanta Falcons and is now facing it’s second straight NFC South opponent when they host the Carolina Panthers this Sunday.
The Saints will aim to stay perfect at 8-0 and hope to successfully set a new mark for the best start in frachise history.
It won’t come easy though, the Saints are banged up along the defensive line after losing starter Sedrick Ellis to a knee injury for an undisclosed amount of time and Kendrick Clancy is battling a nagging knee injury of his own.
Paul Spicer and Rodrique Wright were both brought in for workouts in a effort to help bolster what has quickly become a very thin defensive line.
