Frank, your right Sanchez is rocketing up the board and I heard today, on top of Washington aggresively seeking Sanchez, that Denver is trying to trade up to get him. Denver has the ammo so it will be interesting to see what happens there. Character issues aside - Andre Smith is the best OL in the draft and potentially could have been the first pick to go. I wouldnt be suprised if Smith goes sooner than I have him projected and over takes Jason Smith or Michael Oher.

Sanchez will be long gone before #10...lots of jockeying going on between several teams now. With Oher gone, best OT is Andre Smith. Singletary wants a power running game and better QB protection. Smith will give him both.

After this posting it was reported that WR Percy Harvin tested positive for Marijuana at the Combine. His stock may fall because of this and he may fall to the cusp of the first round to second round. Experts feel it won't hurt him too much and that his draft status wont suffer. Mark Sanchez continues to rise and there is a high possibility that he could go in the top four. The Lions are wrapping up a deal with Stafford as we speak, securing that #1 pick. Hakeem Nicks may fall out of the first round all together after a bad workout. Nicks showed up out of shape at a recent NFL workout and was easily gased after running only ten routes or so...not a good sign. As the draft approaches it appears more and more likely that the Saints may take a RB with the 14th pick. Both Moreno and Wells will be availible there and Payton is set on adding a RB. After much consideration, and in retrospect, I almost agree with taking a RB. After all if we had a back last season that could have converted all those third and ones, as well as the missed goal line opportunities, we would have been in the playoffs - easily. This draft is shaping up to be one of the more exciting in recent memory.
