ProFootballTalk.com, citing a league source, is reporting that the Saints have fired V.P of Player Personnel Rick Mueller.
The move gives full control to current General Manager Mickey Loomis. PFT also claims the move was a result of a power struggle between the salary cap expert, Loomis, and Mueller, who was in charge with scouting.
